Meet Chantal Guy
Owner of The Body Mechanics, Athletic Therapist Chantal brings nearly 30 years of experience working with professional athletes in the CFL, NHL, and Olympic sports. Her passion is helping everyday people restore mobility, reduce pain, and move with freedom. Specializing in deep tissue release, somatherapy, and the Be Activated Technique, she shows clients how to break patterns that keep them stuck and unlock their body’s full potential.

This retreat is thoughtfully curated as a women-only experience for all workshops and core transformation sessions — creating an empowering space where women can fully open up, connect, and grow.
