Tina Toner is a veteran fitness and lifestyle coach, renowned for her transformative impact in the health and wellness world over the past 25 years. As a pioneer of one of Quebec's fastest-growing Bootcamps, she has evolved into a wellness retreat curator, creating local and international getaways for over a decade.
With accolades as a fitness host on Global News and a writer for Weight Watchers and Montreal en Santé, Tina has inspired countless individuals to reach their personal and professional goals through strategic habits and lifestyle improvements.

In addition to energizing morning workouts, Tina will ignite your fire and help you gain clarity and excitement about your goals during a Vision Board Party.

About Cynthia Jan

Joining us remotely, we’re thrilled to welcome Cynthia Jan, Naturopathic Practitioner and Certified Holistic Food Practitioner! After leaving a 20-year corporate HR career, Cynthia followed her passion for natural health and has been helping people transform their lives since 2017.

Her journey began when her mother was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and later deepened when her daughter struggled with gut issues, anxiety, and eczema.

Cynthia will lead a powerful session on gut health showing how your digestion is directly connected to energy, mood, skin, and overall vitality. She’ll share practical, natural strategies to help you restore balance and feel your absolute best.

About Rachel Caron

Meet Rachel Caron, a woman who embodies passion, purpose, and joy. Rachel is a beloved Zumba instructor who lives for those magical moments of dancing, moving, and losing herself in the music and she’s made it her mission to share that energy with others.

After years in the corporate world, Rachel made a bold decision at a point in her life when most people were thinking of retirement. That single choice completely transformed her path, leading her to build a thriving business and a life of abundance doing what she loves.

Chantal Guy, owner of The Body Mechanics, is a true powerhouse in the world of health and healing. A Certified Athletic Therapist since 1998, she has worked with professional athletes in the CFL, NHL, and Olympic-level sports. But beyond her impressive credentials, Chantal’s greatest passion is helping everyday people restore their bodies so they can move, live, and feel better at every stage of life. Known for her incredible hands-on therapy skills, she specializes in deep tissue release, somatherapy, and the powerful Be Activated Technique. She believes that movement is the key to breaking the patterns that keep us stuck in pain.

Tucked at the base of Mount Sutton, Hôtel & Condos Le Montagnard offers a peaceful blend of mountain energy and cozy comfort.
